Mission
Ben Viljoen is a high school with a Christian character striving to set high standards, curricular and extra curricular.

Ben Viljoen wants to be a safe haven for happy, proud and loyal children who are instructed by equipped personnel and guided to responsible adulthood.

Opportunity for the realization of each learner's full potential and balanced involvement in areas of academic, cultural and sport activities are created by positive personnel in partnership with an enterprising controlling body and supportive parents. 

Ben Viljoen aims to protect, improve and expand on the standard of training and education of learners.

Communcation with Parents
Parents receive a Ben Viljoen Bulletin every fortnight containing all the school news and communication with parents.  In this manner parents are kept informed regarding all concerns at Ben Viljoen and what is happening.  

An informal community information board, that is updated regularly,  has also been installed at the school.   Here learners can view photos of events that have taken place.

Acknowledgement of Achievement
The activities for which one receives acknowledgement at Ben Viljoen has a wide range.  Learners can receive awards for academic, service delivery, culture, leadership and sport achievements.
